Working UK-wide
I build software that does your admin.
Twenty years building for the web. Now I automate the repetitive work, so your team can get on with what they’re best at.

What I fix
Emails someone retypes
Orders, bookings and enquiries arrive by email. Someone copies them into another system. That step can go.
Website content nobody writes
Pages written and published from information you already have, built to be found in search.
Numbers in five places
Data from every tool you use, pulled into one report that answers the questions you actually ask.
How it works
Fixed prices
Audit
I find where the hours go and what's worth automating. You get a written report. If you go ahead, the £950 comes off the build.
£950
Build
One process, automated end to end. Fixed price, agreed before I start. Yours once it's paid.

Run
Hosting, monitoring and changes. If it breaks, I fix it.

Questions
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. You describe the job. I build it, run it and explain it in plain English.
- Where does my data go?
- It depends on the job. Some suits commercial AI services on business terms. Some suits models running on servers you control. We decide in the audit, so you know before anything is built.
- Which AI tools do you use?
- Whichever fits the job: commercial services, self-hosted open models, or a mix. The audit sets out which and why.
- How long does a build take?
- It depends on the process. The audit gives you a timeline with the fixed price.
- What if it breaks?
- On Run, I monitor it and fix it.
- Do I own what you build?
- Yes. Once the build is paid in full, it’s yours.
- Do you work outside Manchester?
- Yes. Anywhere in the UK, remotely. In person around Manchester.
- What if the audit finds nothing worth automating?
- You keep the written report and the fee stands. Knowing what not to automate is useful too.
- Do you still do websites?
- Yes, through Genius Division.
About
I’m James.
I’ve built for the web for twenty years, mostly for small businesses. These days I take the repetitive jobs off a team’s plate, so people spend their time on the work only they can do.
I’m based in Manchester. When I’m not at a keyboard, I’m out with a camera.
